PTR deciding tree

We summarise the change of PTR of medical device (IVD) below in workflow. The critical change category is usally chapter 2 specification (performance parameter) followed by chapter 3 method.

The key word of change of PTR is critical change of specification or new method under obligatory Chinese standard.

The result is only to test this change in type testing in change registration.
