AI tool of Chinese PTR Matrix

How to use the tool

 

Purpose

This tool helps manufacturers and regulatory professionals to automatically match requirements (Chapter 2) with testing methods (Chapter 3) inside a Product Technical Requirement (PTR).
It supports both Chinese and English documents in .docx format.

How to Use

  1. Upload your PTR file (.docx)
  • The file should contain requirements under Chapter 2 (e.g., 2.1.1 Processing object) and methods under Chapter 3 (e.g., 3.1.1 Processing object).
  • Each requirement/method must appear as a numbered paragraph (e.g., 2.1.2 Maximum concurrency).
  1. Automatic Matching
  • The tool scans all requirements starting with 2.x, 2.x.x, …
  • It matches them to methods with the same numeric suffix under 3.x, 3.x.x, …
  • Example: 2.1.1 ↔ 3.1.1, 2.2.3 ↔ 3.2.3.
  1. Download Results
  • The output is an Excel sheet with four columns:
  • Requirement Number
  • Requirement Text
  • Method Number
  • Method Text
  • If no method is found, you can choose to leave it blank or fill with “No method defined”.
